Orchards & packing

From orchard to container, without breaking the cold chain

Our orchards and our Les Vignères station form an integrated tool: what the orchard produces, the station sorts, packs and ships under the best conditions.

The orchards

Four terroirs, one demand for taste.

Sud-Est

Vaucluse, Bouches-du-Rhône and Gard: the Mediterranean climate and the mistral wind shape fragrant, sun-filled fruit.

Alpes

Altitude and cool nights give the apples their crispness and clean acidity.

Sud-Ouest

In Tarn-et-Garonne, generous soils broaden the range and spread the harvest.

Val de Loire

A more northern terroir bringing freshness and balance to the varieties.

The Les Vignères station
